  • Responsibilities
    • Identify and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks efficiently throughout the software development life cycle.
    • Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and up-to-date Java EE applications.
    • Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code following Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
    • Review, test, and debug code written by team members to ensure code quality and performance.
    • Design and implement robust database architectures to support enterprise applications.
    • Schedule and coordinate product releases with cross-functional teams.
    • Document all phases of the software development process, ensuring clarity and traceability.
    • Manage and guide team members effectively, demonstrating strong delegation and time management skills.
    • Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.
