  • Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities to meet client expectations.

  • Gather and analyze requirements and specifications, translating them into system requirements.

  • Provide accurate work estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

  • Contribute to building efficient and scalable programs/systems.

  • Collaborate with teams to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey.

  • Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture

  • Understanding of performance engineering

  • Familiarity with quality processes and estimation techniques

  • Ability to design and code complex programs

  • Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on specifications

  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

  • Awareness of latest technologies and trends

  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
