  Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Applications:
    Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-level Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.

  • API Development & Integration:
    Build scalable RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with internal and third-party services.

  • Code Quality & Standards:
    Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices and participate in code reviews.

  • Agile Methodology:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments for sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Performance Optimization:
    Identify performance issues and bugs; implement solutions to optimize system reliability and efficiency.

  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and status reports as required.

  • Mentorship (for Senior Roles):
    Support junior developers through mentorship, training, and by promoting best practices in software development.

  Key Skills

  • Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

  • Experience with RESTful services, JPA/Hibernate, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

  • Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
