  We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our development team and contribute to enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices and be eager to work in a collaborative, consulting-oriented environment.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the consulting team during project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, and deployment

  • Analyze client needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications

  • Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot

  • Research solution alternatives through public sources, vendor data, and literature, and develop POCs (Proof of Concepts)

  • Diagnose technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions

  • Configure product features based on client requirements

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles

  • Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at quality improvement and innovation

  Mandatory Skills:

  • Core Java

  • Spring Boot

  • Microservices Architecture
