  We are hiring Java Developers with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. You will work closely with the consulting team to deliver scalable, high-performance applications that support business transformation.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the consulting team through various phases of the project: problem definition, estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.

  • Conduct in-depth research to explore alternative solutions using public information, literature surveys, and vendor insights.

  • Develop requirement specifications and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.

  • Configure and troubleshoot solution requirements; diagnose root causes of issues and identify practical solutions.

  • Build and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate ideas and technologies.

  • Contribute to both unit-level and organizational development initiatives with a focus on delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions.

  • Actively participate in helping clients through their digital transformation journey.
