We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join the Infosys delivery team. The ideal candidate will participate in Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities to ensure high-quality solutions for our clients. You will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and contribute to building efficient, scalable, and reliable systems that support client digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Ensure effective design, development, validation, and support activities.

Gather detailed requirements from clients and translate them into system requirements.

Participate in project estimations and provide accurate inputs to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

Contribute to building efficient, high-quality programs and systems.

Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of design principles and architecture fundamentals.

Understanding of performance engineering and quality processes.

Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into system solutions.

Design and code complex programs and write unit test cases.

Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.

Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
-
Hands-on experience: Minimum 3 years in Java development.
-
Expertise in application development using SDLC and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.

Strong experience with J2EE technologies: Hibernate, Struts MVC, Servlets, JSP, JNDI, JMS, JDBC, AJAX, Web Services, ANT.

Expertise in Spring Framework: Spring MVC, IOC, AOP, Spring JDBC, and Spring Boot.

Development of RESTful Web Services.

Core Java experience: Multithreading, Collections, Servlets, JDBC.

Application deployment and configuration on Tomcat server.

Good understanding of RDBMS concepts; experience with Oracle 12c, MySQL, MongoDB.

API development and integration with other systems.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools.
