  Role & Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a Technical Team Member in Development, Implementation, or Managed Service projects.

  • Work on migration, integration, testing support, and coordination with on-site and offshore teams.

  • Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions for diverse business requirements.

  • Develop programs as per specifications within agreed timelines.

  • Follow Oracle/Client standards, tools, and processes to ensure quality deliverables.

  • Document all work according to the defined processes and compliance requirements.

  • Adhere to Change Control and Audit processes of Oracle/Client.

  • Ensure quality code delivery and perform proper handover/knowledge transfer post-assignment.

  • Report status to supervisors regularly and submit timesheets and expenses on time.

  Candidate Profile:

  • Basic knowledge of software development and implementation methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn Oracle Banking Products and Financial Services processes.

  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to work in Development, Implementation, or Managed Services streams across regions.
