Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between the customer and the Wipro delivery team, translating customer needs into actionable project requirements. You will bridge the gap between technical and business teams to ensure accurate solutioning, effective delivery, and sustained client satisfaction, particularly in Payroll IT systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Requirements Gathering & Engagement
Interface with client engagement teams to understand RFPs/RFIs and capture all customer expectations.
Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Create workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications based on analysis of system capabilities and customer needs.
Work closely with presales, tech leads, architects, and project managers to formulate accurate responses.
Periodically engage with clients for feedback and clarification, adapting solution designs as necessary.
Deliver presentations, demos, and prototypes to clients, building trust and confidence.
Maintain strong relationships to foster business integration and identify new opportunities.
2. Solutioning & Delivery Support
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the solution aligns with customer requirements.
Review test cases for full coverage and conduct root cause analysis for any issues in prototypes or demos.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and integration testing for solution validation.
Facilitate change requests based on customer feedback.
Support QA and development teams with timely functional input and solution walkthroughs.
Stitch together the final RFP/RFI response, ensuring a cohesive solution view.
3. Project Execution Support
Help define project milestones and phases with the delivery team and principal consultants.
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions by aligning team activities with client expectations.
Track and report on deliverables, maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Knowledge Building & Domain Contribution
Share domain knowledge across BA communities and contribute to whitepapers, PoVs, and case studies.
Develop and reuse business use cases, models, and components for cross-project adoption.
Conduct market and domain research to provide informed inputs during project planning and execution.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience in Payroll IT systems
Solid grasp of business analysis methodologies
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Familiarity with RFP/RFI lifecycle, UAT, and solution testing
Preferred Tools & Knowledge:
HRMS/Payroll Platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.)
Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart
Agile & SDLC methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
