  • Gather and analyze requirements and specifications, translating them into detailed system requirements.

  • Provide accurate work estimations and support project planning by coordinating with Technology Leads and Project Managers.

  • Contribute to building efficient, scalable, and high-quality systems.

  • Write and review test cases and scenarios based on requirements.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them where relevant.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

  Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Primary Skills: Mainframe Technologies (All), Information Management Tools.

  • Preferred Skills: Java Full Stack.

  • Additional Skills:

    • Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of software architecture.

    • Understanding of performance engineering concepts.

    • Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques.

    • Basic understanding of project domain.

    • Ability to translate functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements.

    • Ability to design and code complex programs.

    • Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.

    • Awareness of latest technologies and trends.

    • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
