Hiring for Java Full Stack Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using Java and React or Angular frameworks. Candidates should have strong technical expertise and the ability to contribute across the full software development lifecycle.Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases of the project including problem definition, solution design, development, and deployment.
Conduct research and analysis to evaluate alternative solutions and build proofs of concept (POCs).
Create requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and prepare detailed functional designs.
Configure and implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Skills:
Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot
React.js or Angular (one is mandatory)
RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL Databases
Git or other version control tools
Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud platforms (preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
