Work with the consulting team across various project phases:
Problem definition
Effort estimation
Diagnosis and research
Solution design and deployment
Conduct in-depth research and evaluate solution alternatives using:
Literature surveys
Public domain information
Vendor assessments
POC (Proof of Concept) development
Translate business needs into technical specifications:
Create functional and technical documents
Design ?to-be? processes and solutions
Configure solutions and troubleshoot issues:
Perform root cause analysis
Identify and recommend best-fit alternatives
Participate in team initiatives to enhance solution quality and delivery
