Hiring Java Full Stack Developers with 3?5 years of experience in Java and ReactJS.
Key Responsibilities:
Work across the full software development lifecycle ? from requirement analysis to design, development, testing, and deployment.
Assist the consulting team in phases like problem definition, solution generation, effort estimation, and implementation.
Conduct research and evaluation to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) using public and vendor resources.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and to-be process designs.
Configure and troubleshoot product solutions, performing root cause analysis and proposing effective solutions.
Support internal initiatives that enhance code quality, process improvement, and customer value.
Mandatory Skills:
Backend: Core Java, Spring Boot
Frontend: ReactJS (preferred with hooks and Redux)
Additional Skills: REST APIs, Git, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
