Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Infosys consulting team in all phases of the project lifecycle ? from problem definition, diagnosis, and effort estimation to solution design and deployment.

Conduct research and analysis on alternative solutions through POCs, literature reviews, public domain studies, or vendor information.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, define to-be processes, and create detailed functional designs.

Support solution configuration, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, and perform root cause analysis.

Identify, evaluate, and recommend solution alternatives based on business needs.

Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives focused on delivering high-value, quality solutions.
