Key Responsibilities:
Participate in multiple phases of project execution including problem definition, estimation, technical diagnosis, solution generation, and deployment.
Conduct research (literature reviews, vendor evaluations, public data) to identify alternative approaches and create Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements and define the ?to-be? processes.
Configure application solutions as per requirements, investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and suggest suitable alternatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at process improvement, skill enhancement, or knowledge sharing across teams.
