Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the consulting team across project phases ? including problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment.
Conduct research to explore alternative solutions via POCs, literature surveys, or public domain data.
Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and prepare functional designs.
Configure solutions and products based on client needs.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solution alternatives.
Contribute to organizational and unit-level initiatives, ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-driven solutions.
