We are seeking experienced Mainframe Developers with 2?6 years of hands-on experience in mainframe application development. As part of our PAN India team, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining mainframe applications that support critical business functions. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications to meet business requirements.

Work on COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS for application development and support.

Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Participate in project estimation, risk assessment, and solution delivery.

Provide support for production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in mainframe technologies.
Skills Required:
Core Technical Skills
-
Strong experience in Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.

Proficiency in mainframe debugging and performance tuning.

Knowledge of batch and online processing systems.

Hands-on experience with version control tools (Endevor, Changeman, or similar).
Preferred / Good to Have:

Exposure to Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with mainframe modernization projects.

Knowledge of Rexx, Assembler, or CLIST scripting.

Experience in integration with distributed systems.
