Job Description

• Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Tableau Developer

  • In this role, you are expected to be responsible for building and visualizing various offerings as requested by the clients on a regular basis. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.
  Responsibilities
  • Execute work by Business Intelligence and Analysis, Designing, Testing, Migration, Production support and Implementation of dashboard applications.
  • Work on data visualization tool Tableau Desktop Business Intelligence/Business Analytics software and other Tableau Products (Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud/Tableau Prep)
  • Create Effective and High-performance dashboard using Tableau and published them to Server or Cloud.
  • Designing complex dashboards taking advantage of all tableau functions including data blending, joins, actions, filters parameters, etc.
  • Suggest and follow standard methodologies for creating Tableau dashboards by matching requirements to the charts to be chosen, color patterns as per user%27s needs, standardizing dashboard%27s size, look and feel.
  • Involving in admin activities like publishing, adding users, creation of subscriptions and deployment.
  • Extracting the data from multiple data source.
  • Overseeing the production operations for Tableau platforms.
  • Interacting with business partners and customers for reporting needs and requirements.
  • Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
  • Establish a good understanding of Tableau user and group security configuration.
  • Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions using Tableau to drive strategic insights for the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Tableau solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Tableau development.
  • Develop custom scripts and extensions to enhance Tableau functionality.
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to maximize the use of Tableau tools.
  Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  1. Good conceptual knowledge and experience in other BI tools is an added advantage.
  2. Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients scheduling flexibility required.
  3. Overall candidate should have problem-solving skills, macro-level research and analytics approach, and be good with numbers.
  4. Good people and client handling skills.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
