Job Description:
We are seeking a Consulting Engineer with expertise in NodeJS and AWS to join the Infosys Digital Experience team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to diagnose issues, design innovative solutions, facilitate deployment, and ensure client satisfaction. You will contribute to proposal development, solution design, configuration, and small project leadership while delivering high-quality value-adding solutions.
Responsibilities

Diagnose client issues, identify problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment for client satisfaction.

Contribute to proposal development and provide inputs in solution design based on your area of expertise.

Plan and execute configuration activities, conduct conference room pilots (CRPs), and resolve queries related to requirements and solution design.

Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational guidelines.

Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.

Develop value-creating strategies and models to enable clients to innovate, grow, and improve profitability.

Maintain knowledge of software configuration management systems, latest technologies, and industry trends.

Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate with teams, and manage client interactions effectively.

Understand financial processes, project types, and pricing models.

Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions.

Demonstrate project and team management skills.
Technical & Professional Requirements

Strong expertise in Reactive Programming ? NodeJS.

Hands-on experience with AWS.

Good understanding of software configuration management systems.
