    1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Java technologies.

    3. Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
    4. Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB) and SQL query optimization.
    5. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
    6. Understanding of banking concepts, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
