    2. Solid understanding in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
    3. Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling principles.
    4. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
    5. Effective communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
