Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Kafka, SQL, and RESTful web services.
- Should work in the Agile Development Methodology.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical challenges.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, optimizing application performance as needed.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and assisting with their professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and features.
