Job Description

• Responsibilities:
  • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion payroll and HR query resolution.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet client requirements.
  • Support clients by working with Oracle SRs and guiding them to resolution.
  • Document application setups and configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
  • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions.
  • Assist clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Support clients in executing and validating test scripts and configurations.
  • Ensure configuration and data accuracy for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  • Communicate effectively and drive project deliverables within deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and extensions.
  • Provide regular status and issue reports to project managers or clients.
  • Share knowledge to continuously improve implementation methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, Oracle, and partner teams.
  • Leverage offshore delivery centers and global alliances to support project success.
