• About the Role:

  As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer at Infosys, you will be part of a high-impact consulting team driving end-to-end integration solutions for enterprise systems using Oracle Cloud technologies. You'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying integration components and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and support digital transformation initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in all project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment.

  • Explore solution alternatives through research, evaluation of public domain resources, vendor documentation, and Proofs of Concept (POCs).

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, process flows, and system designs.

  • Develop, configure, and deploy Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions using a variety of adapters and connectors.

  • Implement and manage data mapping, transformation, and orchestration flows.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and propose solution alternatives.

  • Contribute to organizational knowledge-sharing and internal improvement initiatives.

  Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Expert-level experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and deployment.

  • Hands-on experience using various OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, ERP, etc.).

  • Proficient in data mapping and transformation techniques, including use of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

  • Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and performance optimization.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell or Python.

  • In-depth understanding of:

    • REST/SOAP web services and integration protocols

    • DevOps practices and cloud-based deployment

    • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software architecture principles

    • Version control systems such as Git

  Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies

  • Familiarity with API design, API management, and cloud security best practices

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion applications (ERP/HCM)

  • Knowledge of integration with non-Oracle systems
