• Job Description:

  As part of the Infosys delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and supporting Oracle PL/SQL solutions to meet client requirements. You will work closely with Technology Leads and Project Managers to ensure high-quality deliverables and play a key role in project estimations, system requirements gathering, and building efficient database programs. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into system requirements.

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle PL/SQL programs, procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.

  • Ensure performance optimization and tuning of SQL queries and PL/SQL programs.

  • Participate in the estimation of work requirements and provide accurate inputs to project managers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Perform unit testing, write test cases, and validate code against specifications.

  • Follow SDLC processes and agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, security practices, and best coding practices.

  • Provide support and maintenance for production systems, troubleshooting issues as needed.

  Primary Skills:

  • Database performance tuning and optimization

  • Knowledge of Oracle Forms/Reports (optional)
