Job Description:
As a Performance Test Engineer, your primary focus will be on validating the performance characteristics of software applications?including response times, scalability, and peak load handling. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated performance tests to ensure applications meet expected service levels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated performance tests using industry-standard tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling).

Validate key performance indicators such as response time, throughput, latency, and resource usage under various load conditions.

Design performance test plans, test scenarios, and scripts based on system architecture and business requirements.

Identify system bottlenecks and work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to recommend performance tuning.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with insights and improvement suggestions.

Build, configure, and maintain performance test environments.

Contribute to continuous integration and continuous testing frameworks.

Keep up to date with the latest trends in performance testing, tools, and best practices.
