  We are hiring a Performance Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter. As a part of the Infosys consulting team, you will be involved in performance validation and tuning of enterprise applications and systems. This role requires in-depth performance diagnostics, analysis, and optimization expertise to support clients in their digital transformation journey.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team through all project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, performance test planning, and execution.

  • Conduct research and comparative analysis of tools and solutions, and build Proofs of Concept (POCs) for validation.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed test strategies, scripts, and scenarios for performance, load, and stress testing.

  • Configure and fine-tune test environments, execute performance tests, and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.

  • Work with developers and architects to suggest performance tuning and optimization strategies.

  • Document test results, root cause analyses, and improvement recommendations clearly and effectively.

  • Participate in unit-level and organizational-level initiatives focused on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
