We are hiring an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join the Infosys consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and stability of enterprise applications through comprehensive testing using LoadRunner and JMeter tools.
Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the consulting and development teams during various phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, and performance solution design and deployment.

Conduct performance requirement analysis, develop performance test plans, and design effective test scenarios.

Research and evaluate alternate performance testing approaches through literature reviews, public sources, and vendor tools, and support Proof of Concept (POC) creation.

Create requirement specifications and define to-be performance processes aligned with project goals.

Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, and related tools.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.

Generate detailed test reports, dashboards, and present results to stakeholders.

Contribute to organizational initiatives, process improvements, and testing best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
