We are looking for a Performance Tester to join the Infosys Consulting Team. The ideal candidate will actively support multiple phases of client projects, including problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment. You will help ensure that software applications perform optimally under load, contribute to high-quality solution delivery, and support clients? digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist the consulting team in project phases: problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
Research alternative solutions through literature surveys, public information, and vendor evaluation, and build POCs.
Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
Configure solution requirements, diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and propose solution alternatives.
Conduct performance testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, and other tools.
Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
