  We are hiring Performance Test Engineers with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter to ensure system scalability, stability, and reliability.

  Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop performance testing strategies and scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.

  • Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to evaluate system behavior under varying conditions.

  • Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.

  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

  • Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare detailed test reports.

  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, scenarios, and results analysis.

  • Support continuous improvement and automation in performance testing practices.
