  Infosys is hiring Performance Test Engineers with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure the stability, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.

  Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all project phases including requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment.

  • Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.

  • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide performance improvement recommendations.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into testing scenarios.

  • Diagnose performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement optimization solutions.

  • Contribute to building Proofs of Concept (POCs) and assist in solution evaluation.

  • Support internal initiatives to improve testing processes and ensure delivery excellence.
