HCL is hiring Performance Testers to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications. The role involves working on Load Runner, JMeter, and NeoLoad to ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Load Runner, JMeter, and NeoLoad.

Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing for web and enterprise applications.

Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to address performance issues.

Provide detailed reports on test outcomes, recommendations, and improvement actions.

Continuously optimize testing strategies to improve coverage and efficiency.
