    • Your Role and Responsibilities- Employee data management
    • As Senior / Process Analyst-HR, you will be supporting employee and business needs in delivering outstanding HR services for employees.
    • Your responsibilities include-
    • You will update and processes employee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timely information to a variety of HR Services
    • Interface with customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration/processes
    • Provides data for any internal business controls team as required
    • Ensure compliance to the clients existing standards
    • You will require to have good understanding of the internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance related to Human Resources and respond to employee queries.
    Your Role and Responsibilities:

    • Your responsibilities include-
    • Receive service calls/inquiries from employees via phone, cases
    • Evaluate the root cause of issues to determine systemic problems
    • Serve as the first point of contact to intake employee absence requests via calls (Leave and Case Initiation/Intake)
    • Document initial request details such as absence reason, expected duration, overview of next steps with the employee
    Your Role and Responsibilities-Payroll:
    1. Process any payroll data in accordance with legal, IBM and the customer requirements related to personal data protection
    2. Ensure the timeliness of payroll processing (sending inputs to payroll services providers, approving payrolls)
    3. Ensure the timeliness of payroll payments processing (requesting uploads and payments releases, uploading payroll payments into the bank system, monitoring the rejected payments)
    4. Carry out the validation of payroll inputs and the reconciliation of output files and properly handle any discovered errors/discrepancies
    5. Monitor execution of compliance activities if required
    6. Perform any activities related to electronic payslips handling
    7. Communicate any risks to payroll process or deadlines in accordance with escalation paths
    8. Interact with employees, client, payroll stakeholders or third party providers to process payroll data and ensure the correct and timely pay
    9. Report the status of payroll cycle in a timely and accurate manner
    10. Support year end processes or any other country specific processes not related to monthly payroll cycle
