    •     Conduct investigations to identify and mitigate online ecommerce risk.
    •     Utilize excellent judgment to make independent decisions regarding complex transactions and customer authentication.
    •     Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers
    •     Ensure productivity and maintain highest quality assurance standards.
    •     Leverages appropriate operational tools and applications to find the data. 
    •     Ability to successfully navigate websites.
    •     Understands and adheres to workflow directions, SOPs.
