  Your Role
  • As a Python Automation Engineer at Capgemini, you will play a key role in designing and executing automation solutions that enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
  •  You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust Python scripts, validate Bluetooth protocols, and contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts.
  In this role, you will:
  • Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for test execution and validation.
  • Design and implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and functionality.
  • Execute Bluetooth (BT) protocol test cases, including HCI-level validation.
  • Perform system and regression testing across multiple modules.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing using Python frameworks.
  • Debug and analyze test failures, providing detailed reports and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Manage test cases and scripts using Git and track tasks/defects via Jira.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation strategies.
  Your Profile
  • 4-8 years of experience in Python automation and testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and test script development.
  • Experience with Python unit testing and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Bluetooth (BT) protocols and HCI-level validation.
  • Hands-on experience with system testing, regression testing, and manual testing.
  • Working knowledge of Jira for task and defect tracking.
  • Proficient in using Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Passion for automation, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.
