We are looking for strong Python developers with hands-on experience in Data Engineering, specifically with ETL/ELT pipelines in the Finance domain. This role requires a deep understanding of data processing, cloud integration, and handling various data formats.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Python-based ETL/ELT pipelines to support Finance data processing

Work with large datasets using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and custom parsing techniques

Connect to various data sources and manage ingestion pipelines to Data Lakes, Databases, and Cloud Platforms

Parse and transform data from upstream sources such as CSV, JSON, XML, and database tables
-
Load data into relational databases such as Oracle and MS SQL Server

Manage data flow between systems, including authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., key exchange)
-
Write optimized and scalable ANSI SQL queries for data transformation and reporting
-
Handle multiple file formats for both source and sink in a secure and efficient manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a diverse and agile development environment

Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, projects, and technical specifications
Requirements:
-
6+ years of experience in Python ETL development

Strong Python scripting skills and experience with large datasets

Hands-on experience with Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, openpyxl, Bloomberg API, etc.

Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, especially in cloud and finance environments

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and tools like Oracle 19c, SQL Loader

Familiarity with data lake architectures, cloud platforms, and DB integration

Experience in Agile methodology and working within sprint-based delivery
