Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the consulting team across multiple project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Research and evaluate solution alternatives through literature surveys, vendor assessments, and public domain information, and develop proofs of concept (POCs).

  • Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and create detailed functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements, troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of issues, and recommend effective solutions.

  • Identify and shortlist solution alternatives in alignment with project objectives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.

  • Support clients in their digital transformation journey with innovative and scalable solutions.
