  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to define business needs and translate them into functional designs

  • Participate in phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment

  • Conduct research and create POCs (proof of concepts) using internal and public resources

  • Configure solution requirements, analyze issues, and identify solution alternatives

  • Support technical problem resolution and process improvements
