  As part of the Infosys Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for global clients. Your contributions will span from problem definition to solution implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with consulting teams in all project phases: problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.

  • Conduct research and analysis, including literature reviews, market studies, and vendor evaluations, to support solution alternatives and build Proofs of Concept (POCs).

  • Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and prepare detailed functional designs.

  • Assist in solution configuration, troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Participate in client workshops, documentation, and testing phases to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organization-wide initiatives, focusing on delivering value-driven solutions.
