• Job Description:
  We are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems using modern Python frameworks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in backend development practices, database integration, and cloud deployment, and will also contribute to mentoring junior developers.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend services using Core Python.

  • Build APIs and microservices using FastAPI and Flask.

  • Implement and maintain unit test cases, follow branching strategies, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Integrate Python services with SQL databases, using ORMs and Alembic for schema migrations.

  • Deploy and manage backend systems on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into backend architecture and features.

  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and support their growth within the team.

  Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Core Python.

  • Experience with FastAPI and Flask frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of backend development practices, including testing, version control, and CI/CD.

  • Proficiency in SQL programming, ORMs, and Alembic.

  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud environments.

  • Ability to interpret business needs and design backend systems accordingly.

  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers.
