  We are seeking a skilled QA/Test Engineer with expertise in application and system testing. The ideal candidate will have strong core testing skills, technical knowledge, and business domain understanding to execute high-quality testing across multiple levels. The role also involves mentoring and training team members and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

  Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans for applications and systems implemented using custom technologies.

  • Perform functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing across applications.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support automation initiatives where applicable.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.

  • Mentor and train team members on procedural and technical aspects of testing.

  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through thorough testing and defect management.

  • Actively participate in process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  Skills Required

  Core Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in core testing and technical testing.

  • Knowledge of business processes/domain for effective testing.

  • Experience in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.

  • Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Ability to design and execute test cases and test scripts.

  Preferred / Good to Have

  • Exposure to test automation tools.

  • Hands-on experience in automating UAT or regression testing.

  • Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Quality Center, or equivalent).

  Professional Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.

  • Ability and skill to train other team members in procedural and technical topics.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality orientation.
