- TCS is hiring for Retail Operation Lead role !!
- Shift- US/UK
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall customer deliverables (KPIs, OKRs)
- Responsible to drive enterprise level business transformation, ensure key milestones are met on time
- Process excellence Automation is integral part of the delivery, drive it religiously
- Contract Management Ensure contracts are live. Extension to be handled religiously and complete it on time
- Skill Management ? Identify skill gap and work closely with TD team and upskill the team for future needs.
- Travel to customer location ? Travel to customer location for reviews and ensure closure of key actions.
- 5+ Years of Exp in Ecommerce/Retail
- Thorough Understanding of Retail Operations and its nuances
- Should have exp in Content Management/Website operations
- Should have basic understanding in Digital marketing/SCM and other retail verticals
- Should have handled 30+ FTEs
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Should be ok to manage 24/7 project
- Hands on experience business transformation with quantified benefits
- Basic knowledge in automation tools (Power automate, RPA tools)
- Knowledge in digital marketing is an added advantage
