About the Role:
As a SAP CPQ Technical Consultant at Infosys, you will be a key contributor across the project lifecycle ? from problem definition and solution design to implementation and deployment. You will work closely with stakeholders to configure, script, and optimize SAP CPQ solutions that align with client business needs, while also supporting broader digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the consulting team on project phases including effort estimation, solution design, and deployment.

Research and explore alternative solutions; build Proofs of Concept (POCs).

Translate business needs into requirement specifications and functional designs.
-
Configure and customize SAP CPQ product features, workflows, and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis.

Develop and maintain global scripts and quote document templates.
-
Set up and maintain pricing, catalog configurations, quote tables, and quote fields.

Support the integration of SAP CPQ with SAP C4C and non-SAP systems.

Contribute to internal and unit-level initiatives to improve solution delivery.
Technical and Professional Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPQ development.

Proficiency in Python scripting; working knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js is a plus.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web technologies.

Experience in:

Writing global scripts

Quote document creation

Workflow rules and actions

Quote configuration (custom tabs, quote/quote item fields)

Product catalog configuration (products, attributes, custom tables)

CPQ pricing setup

Understanding of SOAP/REST APIs and iFlows.

Experience integrating SAP CPQ with C4C and non-SAP systems is preferred.
