  • The Senior Administrator (Support & Operations) plays a crucial role in delivering advanced technical support and ensuring operational excellence within the organization. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a secure operational environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    •  Provide Advanced Technical Support By Utilizing Mysql Administration And Sql Developer Skills To Troubleshoot Complex Incidents, Perform Root Cause Analysis, And Implement Effective Solutions For Technical And Security Challenges.
    • Maintain And Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies While Ensuring Optimal Performance Of Mysql Databases And Sql Queries.
    • Execute Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing Knowledge Bases, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Foster A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
    • Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And A Robust Security Posture.
    • Enhance Customer Experience And Drive Positive Csat Through First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Re-Open Cases While Actively Mitigating Security Threats.
