- Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules Incident management Change management Problem management Service Catalog etc
- ITOM SOM HRSD etc
- Relevant experience on ServiceNow Automated test framework ATF automation tool
- Proficiency in understanding the requirements and write test cases efficiently
- Involvement in Test Execution Results Analyzing and Defect Reporting
- Have good knowledge on Agile methodologies and SDLC process
- Good understanding of CMDB service mapping and Discovery
- Involved in Dashboards reports and SLA s testing
- ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification is an added advantage
- Proficient in upgrade and regression testing
- Ability to contribute to a high performing motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
- Basic Knowledge on postman is an added advantage
