Job Description

• Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide deep technical support for SampleManager LIMS, resolving complex issues.

  • Collaborate with onshore teams to troubleshoot and escalate critical problems.

  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

  • Improve support processes to reduce resolution time and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Estimate effort, resources, and cost for major enhancements (as per SOW).

  • Implement minor enhancements following Change Control procedures.

  • Coordinate with development teams for release deployment and hypercare.

  • Identify defects, recommend fixes, and support testing & deployment.

  • Manage team bandwidth, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and perform root cause analysis.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and escalate issues when required.
