Job Description

• Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

  • Gather and analyze requirements and specifications to understand client needs and translate them into system requirements.

  • Provide accurate inputs for effort estimation and support Technology Leads and Project Managers with planning.

  • Contribute to building efficient automation frameworks and systems that meet performance and quality standards.

  • Actively support clients in their digital transformation journey through innovative testing approaches.

  • Apply design principles and architecture fundamentals in test automation frameworks.

  • Understand and implement performance engineering practices.

  • Follow quality processes and estimation techniques for test effort planning.

  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and automation scripts.

  • Design, code, and maintain complex automated test programs.

  • Write test cases, test scenarios, and automation scripts based on requirements.

  • Work effectively with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and testing trends.

  • Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

  Technical and Professional Requirements

  • Primary Skills: Automated Testing ? ALL.

  • Hands-on experience in automation frameworks and test scripting.

  • Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle, test design techniques, and defect management.

  Preferred Skills

  • Automated Testing ? Selenium.

  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and automation frameworks.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD integration with automation tools.
