  • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide technical support and resolve client issues via calls and emails.
    • Record and document client interactions, issues, and resolutions as per company standards.
    • Troubleshoot problems effectively by guiding clients through step-by-step solutions.
    • Maintain high quality standards and ensure all issues are resolved within SLA limits.
    • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to team leaders when necessary.
    • Use internal knowledge bases and FAQs to assist clients efficiently.
    • Ensure all product disclosures and information are shared correctly with clients.
    • Contribute to self-help documentation to improve response time and client satisfaction.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes and process updates.
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
