Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
  Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency, client-facing applications.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
  Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Core Java and associated technologies.
  Optimize application performance for high-volume data and concurrent user access.
  Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  Required Skills:
  Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (5.0 and above) .
  Solid understanding of data structures , algorithms , multi threading , and collections .
  Proven experience in enterprise-scale n-tier application development , preferably in the financial domain .
  Good knowledge of RDBMS , preferably Sybase .
  Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
  Experience in developing high-volume, multi-threaded server-side applications .
  Prior exposure to sales and trading platforms or investment banking/capital markets .
  Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science , Engineering, or a related field.
  Knowledge of enterprise design patterns and architectural principles.
