Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities for Senior Full Stack Developer at HCL Technologies
    1. Full Stack DevelopmentDevelop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performing front-end and back-end systems using Java 8+, JavaScript (ES5+), HTML, CSS, and SQL.Design and implement RESTful microservices and APIs using Spring Boot and Java.Build responsive and dynamic UI components using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Node.js.2. Architecture & DesignParticipate in solution design and contribute to high-level and low-level architecture discussions.Ensure code follows clean architecture, design patterns, and scalable coding practices.Leverage TypeORM, Hibernate, and ORM frameworks to interact with databases like Oracle, MSSQL, and others efficiently.3. Cloud and DevOps IntegrationWork on Azure Cloud deployments and integration of cloud-based services.Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, builds, and automation processes using tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.Ensure cloud readiness and containerization of applications where applicable.4. Database ManagementDesign and maintain relational database schemas and write efficient SQL queries.Perform data modeling and optimization for both Oracle DB and MSSQL.5. Monitoring & LoggingImplement application monitoring and centralized logging using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).6. Agile & CollaborationParticipate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospective).Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps) and mentor junior developers.Ensure timely delivery of features in agile sprint cycles.7. Low-Code Tools Exposure
    Provide input and support for low-code platform development, if applicable, depending on project needs.8. Code Quality and Best Practices
    Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high quality, reusable code.
    Maintain documentation, conduct unit testing, and follow secure coding standards.
