Job Description

  • Job Description:
    • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front End Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to join our dynamic team in Bangalore
    • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern front end technologies UI UX principles and a proven track record of building scalable and responsive web applications
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain high performance web applications using ReactJS
    • Collaborate with designers back end developers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
    • Write clean maintainable and well documented code
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
    • Implement responsive design and ensure cross browser compatibility
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to front end architecture decisions
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front end development
    Technical Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in front end development
    • Strong proficiency in ReactJS JavaScript ES6 HTML5 and CSS3
    • Experience with state management libraries
    • Redux Context API
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
    • Knowledge of modern build tools and bundlers 
    • Webpack Babel
    • Experience with version control systems like Git
    • Understanding of UI UX principles and responsive design
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Ability to develop value creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate drive growth and increase their business profitability
    • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
    • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
    • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
    • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
    • Ability to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
    • One or two industry domain knowledge
    • Client Interfacing skills
    • Project and Team management
